Reciepts are a MUST! All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags still attached in new condition (cannot be worn or washed) and must be received back in our store no later than 15 days from date of purchase in order to receive a full refund!

Sale merchandise. This includes: anything not sold at full price or where a discount code is used (deal of the day/flash sale, Black Friday sales, BOGO, warehouse sales, loyalty points). Accessories and gift items. This includes: books, stuffed animals, toys, jewelry, dolls, and any sort of non-clothing item.
